J. Florian Pfaff
I spent thirty-six years at Lufthansa Cargo, most of them as Vice President and Head of Region. I led the company's commercial business in Asia Pacific, Germany, Europe, Africa, USA West, USA South, Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean, with expatriate postings in Los Angeles and Singapore. Across those roles I carried responsibility for marketing, sales, key account management, customer service, pricing, revenue management, operations, HR and IT.
My career gave me two things I now put to work for clients. The first is deep, hands-on knowledge of the air cargo business, across both sales and operations. The second is a network of people across airlines, forwarders, customers and airports.
Based in Wiesbaden, Germany. I have been advising companies across the air cargo value chain in Europe and globally since April 2025.
Alexandra Pfaff
Alexandra brings an international business background across both the corporate and entrepreneurial world. She began her career at General Electric, working in Germany and the United States in go-to-market and operational roles and later helped shape the company's quality initiative as a certified Six Sigma Black Belt. She then founded and led her own company in Singapore and worked as a freelance editor for a German culture & business magazine. Additionally, she worked as a volunteer for 17 years and was the chairperson for two non-profit organisations during that time. She combines planning and execution, clear communication, and an international, entrepreneurial perspective, a natural complement to Florian's aviation background.
